Citizens are always welcome at all Township meetings! To confirm a meeting date or an agenda item, call the Township front office at 734-482-6099 during business hours.

Board of Trustees: Board of Trustees meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m at the Township Hall. If a national holiday falls on third Monday, the meeting is held on the Tuesday immediately following the holiday. Occasionally, a regular meeting may be canceled, or a special meeting may be called. Park Commission: The Park Commission meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at Old Township Hall (corner of Prospect & Cherry Hill Roads), except for May  and December 2012, when it will meet on the 3rd Monday of the month.  at 6:30 p.m.  View Agendas and Minutes and Meeting Schedule for 2012.

Planning Commission: The Planning Commission meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month, except in December of 2012, (third Wednesday). Commission meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. at the Township Hall. Special meetings may be called if necessary to deal with additional items of business. Meeting Schedule for 2012. Board of Review: The BOR meets in March, July and December. Contact the Assessing Office for specific dates.

Dixboro Design Review Board: The DRB sets a schedule of at least two meetings per year, and the annual schedule is available through the Township\'s front office.

Zoning Board of Appeals: The ZBA does not have regularly-scheduled meetings. Meetings are called as needed when petitions for variance are filed. Notice of a scheduled meeting is published in the Ypsilanti Courier, and notices are mailed to property owners within the area of the appeal being heard.

Wetlands Board: Wetlands Board meeting dates are scheduled annually, and the yearly schedule is available through the Township\'s front office. Additional meetings may be held if an appeal is filed with the Wetlands Board, in which case proper legal notice of the meeting is given. The meetings are held at the Township Hall; 3040 N. Prospect at 7:00 p.m.

Neighborhood Watch: The Neighborhood Watch meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday, every other month. The first meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2012. Meetings are held at the Old Township Hall or at the main Township Hall, both are located at 3040 North Prospect, at the corner of Cherry Hill Road. A representative form the Washtenaw County Sheriff Department is available at the meetings to answer questions. Other Meetings: The Committee to Promote Superior Township is a group of residents who meet at the Township Hall on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. They create projects to educate the public on the many positive aspects of Superior Township.
